生育意愿与生育行为差异及其影响因素分析

Diversities in fertility intention and action and their impact factors among married employees born during 1980′s

      目的  了解宁夏银川市出生日期在1980年1月1日 — 1990年1月1日(以下简称“80后”)的已婚育职业群体生育意愿与生育行为的差异性及其影响因素。
      方法  于2016年11月 — 2017年11月,采用现况研究设计、整群抽样方法对银川市5家事业单位和5家企业单位中“80后”在职人员进行调查,以其中已婚育的768人作为对象进行分析。
      结果  银川市“80后”已婚育职业群体理想子女数与实际生育子女数一致者为24.35 %,子女性别构成一致的为33.46 %,子女数量和性别构成均一致的只有17.45 %;文化程度(OR = 0.39,95 % CI = 0.22~0.71)、月经济收入(3 001~5 000元:OR = 1.99,95 % CI = 1.13~3.47;> 5 000元:OR = 3.49,95 % CI = 1.73~7.04)、工作单位性质(OR = 1.95,95 % CI = 1.14~3.34)是影响生育意愿与生育行为差异性的主要影响因素。
      结论  银川市“80后”已婚育职业群体生育意愿与实际生育行为存在差异性,表现为生育意愿 > 生育行为;文化程度越低、月经济收入越高、企业单位的已婚育职业群体,其生育意愿越与实际生育行为符合,差异性越小。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To examine variations in fertility intention and action and their influencing factors among married employees borne during 1980′s in Yinchuan city.
      Methods  Using cross-sectional study design, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 768 married employees recruited with cluster random sampling in 5 public institutions and 5 enterprises in Yinchuan city of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region between November 2016 and November 2017.
      Results  Of the participants, 24.35% reported that they had the number of child just as they intended to have; 33.46% reported that the gender of their children was the same as they had been desired to be; and 17.45% reported that they had the children just as they desired for both the number and the gender of their children. Multinomial logistic regression revealed following main influencing factors of fertility intention and action among the participants: with undergraduate education (odds ratio OR = 0.39, 95% confidence interval 95% CI: 0.22 – 0.71 compared to senior high school education and below), monthly income (3 001 – 5 000 Yuan RMB: OR = 1.99, 95% CI: 1.13 – 3.47, > 5 000 Yuan RMB: OR = 3.49, 95% CI: 1.73 – 7.04 compared to < 3 000 Yuan RMB), and working in an enterprise (OR = 1.95, 95% CI: 1.14 – 3.34 compared to working in a public institution).
      Conclusion  In Yinchuan city, the fertility intention is stronger than the fertility action among married employees born during 1980′s and the gap between fertility intention and fertility action is relatively narrower among the employees with lower education, higher monthly income, and working in an enterprise.
