Physical activity, health status and school-based intervention strategy in students in China

  • 摘要: 通过对学生群体身体活动、健康状况和学校层面多元干预策略进行系统性综述,揭示国际及国内学生身体活动研究现状、发展规律和特点,梳理身体活动与身体健康、心理健康和社会健康维度的剂效关系,并通过以"社会生态学"模型理论为基础的国外学校层面综合干预策略的实际应用列举,给中国学校层面综合干预策略项目的实施以启示和指导。

     

    Abstract: The study systematically summarizes the physical activities, health status and multi-intervention strategies of students in the international perspective, examines current status, developmental rules and characteristics of physical activities among the students in China and foreign countries, and describes the dose-effect relationship between physical activity and physical health, psychological health, social health dimension among students. Through the enumeration of practical applications of comprehensive intervention strategy based on socio-ecological model theory in schools of foreign countries, the study aims to give enlightenment and guidance to the implementation of the school-based comprehensive intervention project in China.
