Impact of exercise on vascular health in postmenopausal women

  • 摘要: 血管衰老是中老年心血管疾病的关键危险因素,女性在绝经后血管功能出现急剧下降,心血管疾病风险明显增加。运动是改善血管功能、降低心血管风险的有效方式,深入探讨运动对绝经后女性血管健康的影响,对这一特殊人群的心血管疾病防控具有重要意义。本研究从内皮功能障碍和动脉硬化两方面阐述女性在绝经后的血管老化特征,总结分析运动对绝经后女性血管健康的干预效果与相关机制以及影响因素,系统探讨女性绝经后的血管健康变化和运动调控作用。
