人体微生物组特征与肺癌相关性研究进展

Advance in researches on relationship between human microbiome and lung cancer: a review

  • 摘要: 中国肺癌的发病人数和死亡人数居高不下,是最常见且预后较差的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,随着测序技术的不断发展,有关微生物组与肺癌之间关联的研究增多,其主要目的是探索微生物组与肺癌之间的潜在关联和寻找早期肺癌的标志物诊断,以期为临床诊断及治疗提供参考依据。有研究提示肺癌患者与健康人群各部位的微生物组有明显差异,同时,也有研究提示其他呼吸系统疾病带来的微生物组变化也会影响肺癌的发生发展。本文对微生物组与肺癌之间的关系进行综述,总结了目前研究中存在的不足,并对今后的研究作出了展望。

     

    Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with poor prognosis and its incidence and mortality are maintained at a high level in China. In recent years with the development of next-generation sequencing, the studies on the correlation between microbiome and lung cancer and biomarkers have increased for providing references to early diagnosis and clinical treatment of lung cancer; some of the studies have indicated that lung cancer patients′ microbiome of various body parts differ significantly from those of the healthy people and the changes in microbiome due to other respiratory diseases could affect the occurrence and development of lung cancer. In the paper, the studies on the relation between microbiome and lung cancer are reviewed; shortcomings of previous researches and prospects of future studies are also discussed.
