Efficiency of dual test of SARS-CoV-2 antigen and nucleic acid among freight truck drivers and workers passing through expressway toll gates

  • 摘要:   目的  对高速卡口货运司乘人员新型冠状病毒抗原与核酸双检测措施效果评估。  方法   对2022年3月20日 — 4月17日在宁波市北仑区8个高速卡口48734名有浙江省外旅居史货运的司乘人员进行新型冠状病毒抗原与核酸双检测,并对检测结果进行描述性统计分析。  结果  共检出9例Omicron变异株感染者,其中确诊病例6例(均为轻型),无症状感染者3例,未发现阳性感染者续发病例;抗原检测试剂的灵敏度和特异度分别为55.5 %(5/9)和99.9 %(48717/48725),阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为38.5 %(5/13)和99.9 %(48717/48721);阳性感染者中抗原阳性组ORF1ab和N基因CtMP25P75)分别为19.0(17.1,21.5)、19.0(16.6,22.5),抗原阴性组Ct值均显著高于抗原阳性组(P < 0.05)。  结论  抗原检测试剂灵敏度较低但特异度高。建议在高速卡口对货运司乘人员实施抗原与核酸双检测策略,既保障物流畅通,又有效降低输入性病例引起本土疫情风险。
