电化学生物传感在HIV检测中的应用进展

Application of electrochemical biosensing in HIV detection: a progress review

  • 摘要: 电化学生物传感器具有小型化、低成本、灵敏度高、检测快速、检测限低等优点,在HIV病毒检测领域受到广泛关注。本文综述了电化学生物传感技术用于HIV核酸或抗原检测的研究进展,并与传统检测方法进行对比,分析电化学生物传感检测的优劣势。

     

    Abstract: Electrochemical biosensors have advantages of miniaturization, low cost, high sensitivity, rapid detection and low detection limit, and have attracted extensive attention in the field of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) detection. This paper reviews research progress in electrochemical biosensor technology for HIV nucleic acid or antigen detection, compares it with routine detection methods, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of electrochemical biosensor detection.
