南京市大气花粉垂直时空分布的观察

Observation on Distribution of the Atmosphere Pollen in Nanjing

  • 摘要: 花粉是大气生物气溶胶的组成成分之一.为了探索大气中花粉的污染、输送和衰变的过程,用JWL1型空气微生物气溶胶采样器在南京大学的50m高塔上,进行了5个高度、4个时间点的采样观察.结果表明,3月份一天内花粉的平均浓度是100~128粒/m3,最高浓度点在13:00的10m处为175粒/m3,最低浓度点在19:00的50m处,为60粒/m3.花粉种类有6种.7月份一天内花粉平均浓度474粒/m3,最高浓度点在19:00的30m处为795粒/m3,最低浓度点在13:00的30m处,为200粒/m3.花粉种类有23种.7月份一日花粉平均浓度比3月份的高出4~6倍.不同月份一天内花粉浓度及种类在垂直时空上的变化与季节、植物开花时间和气象变化等因素有密切关系.

     

    Abstract: Pollen is a component of bioaerosol in the atmosphere and an aller gen to respiratiory tract.To study the process of pollution, transport and decay of the atmosphere pollen,we used JW L-1 bioaerosol sampler to sample pollen in 50m highir on tower of Nanjing University.The results shown that the aver age concentration of pollen in the atmosphere was 109 particles/m3,pollen types had 6 species between 27 and 28,March.The average concentration of the atmosphere pollen was 474 particles/m3,the highest concentration was 634 particles/m3 at 7 clock A.M,the lowest concentration was 229 particles/m3 at 1 clock P.M.and pollen types had 23 species between 17 and 18,July.The study has elucidated a number of important relationships during the concentration change of the atmosphere pollen with season factor plant flowering time and meteorological change.
