锌诱导小鼠肝产生金属硫蛋白的实验研究

Study on hepatic metallothionein of mice injected with zinc

  • 摘要: 给小鼠腹腔注射Zn盐,应用镉饱和法测定肝金属硫蛋白的量.结果显示:连续3天给小鼠低于致死量的锌盐与其诱导产生肝MT的量间存在时间效应、剂量效应关系.当给5mg/kg的ZnSO47H2O,12h内肝MT随时间的增加而增加,24h开始下降,3天后则降至正常水平;Zn剂量低于7mg/kg,肝MT合成的量随着给Zn量增加而增加.

     

    Abstract: The dose-effect and time-effect relationships of metallothionein(MT)were studied from the liver of mice injected with zinc and MT measured by cadmiumsaturation methods.It showed that there was a relation between the hepatic MT and zinc dose below the letal dose of mice.The hepatic MT of mice increased in 12 hours,decreased after 24 hours and reached normal level after 3 days.The more zinc,the more hepatic MT at certain scope of doses.
