燃煤型砷中毒流行因素的累积比数模型

Cumulative Odds Model of Epidemic Factors on Arsenism Caused by Burning Coal

  • 摘要: 为探讨燃煤型砷中毒流行因素的作用,用累积比数模型对151例不同程度砷中毒患者、16例病区内对照、53例病区外对照的暴露因素进行了分析.结果发现危险因素按作用大小依次是燃用高砷煤的年限、居室通风情况差、发砷及尿总砷负荷高、吸烟、氟中毒(OR>1,P<0.05);影响因素有文化程度和家庭经济状况(OR<1,P<0.05).提示应采取综合措施来预防燃煤型砷中毒.

     

    Abstract: To study the effects of epidemic factors on arsenism caused by burning coal,the exposure factors of 151 patients with arsenism of different degrees of severity,16 controls in the endemic arsenism area and 53 controls outside the endemic arsenism area were evaluated with cumulative odds model.The results suggested that the major risk factors were,as listed in a order of their effect on arsenism,period of burning hyperarsenic coal,bad room ventilation,high arsenic content in hair and urine,cigarette smoking,and fluorine poisoning(OR>1,P<0.05).The contributing factors were educational level and family economy state(OR<1,P<0.05).It is suggested that multiple measures be adopted to prevent arsenism caused by burning coal.
