沙漠干热环境徒手应激行军对机体一氧化氮合酶的影响

Effects of Marching Without Load on Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS)of Soldiers in Dry-hot Desert

  • 摘要: 为探讨沙漠干热徒手应激行军时人体内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)作用机理,对74名沙漠干热环境中以不同速度和时间行军战士血浆NOS变化规律进行了研究。结果发现,3.5km/小时徒手应激行军时,NOS随行军时间的变化曲线呈右侧稍低的“钟”形;血浆NOS在最初1小时内上升较快,大约1小时左右,NOS浓度开始下降,2小时后下降速度减慢;5km/小时徒手应激行军,NOS随行军时间的变化基本呈水平直线,血浆NOS在应激的最初1小时内略下降,行军1小时后下降速度加快,大约2小时左右,下降到最低,此后NOS又缓慢上升,3小时左右上升到对照水平。结果提示,随着行军速度的增加,即应激强度的增加,机体用于介导和调节生理生化应激所消耗的NOS增加,尤其是最初2小时内极为明显,行军3小时后机体因应激诱导量激活NOS和用于介导和调节应激生理过程所消耗NOS量达到相对平衡。

     

    Abstract: To explore the mechanism of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) induced by marching tin dry hot desert,nitric oxide synthase(NOS)likein plasmas was detected.It was found that at 3.5km/h,the curve of NOS with marching time look like‘bell'.NOS in plasmas increased rapdly in the first hour,then decreased fast in second hour,after 2 hour,dropped slowly to the level of the control.At 5.0km/h,the courve of NOS with marching time is nearly a horizontal line.The NOS in plasmas decreased slowly within the first hour,then dropped fast to the bottom after 1 hour,and increased slowly to the level of the control.The results demonstrated that the consumption of NOS involved in the regulation of physiological stress increased with the speed, especially in the first 2 hour.After marching for 3 hour,the activation and consumption of NOS reformed a new balance.So,marching at 5km/h.is more appropriate in dry heat desert.
