预防性应用环磷酰苷对心脏的抗损伤作用

The Action of Against Heart Injury by Precanution of Intravenous Cyclie Adenosine Monophosphate pro Injection

  • 摘要: 为探讨环磷酰苷(cyclic adenosine mono phosphate,cAMP)注射液对心脏的抗损伤作用.选择住院并行心内导管治疗的39例患者,入选病例随机分为3组:术前用药组(9例)、术后用药组(15例)、未用药组(对照组15例).环磷酰苷注射液40mg+5%葡萄糖250ml静脉点滴3天.观察术前、术后0.5h、6h、12h、24h、48h患者的心率、血压、心肌酶中谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清磷酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH).结果显示3组在术前及术后血压、心率、无统计学差异(P>0.05).术前用药组ASTCK、CK-MB、LDH4种心肌酶峰值均低于对照组和术后用药组(P<0.05);对照组、术后用药组两组间峰值无统计学差异(P>0.05).表明外源性cAMP通过改善心肌细胞的代谢,从而对抗心肌细胞的损伤.

     

    Abstract: To investigate the action of againtheart injury by preacaution intravenous cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)pro injection.39 hospitalized patients with intracardiac catheterization were selected.These patients were radomized divided into 3 groups.There is 9 cases in the group of using cAMP pro injection before intracardiac catheterizatio treatment(before group),15 acses after the operation(after group),and 13 acses is not use cAMP pro injection(control group).The way of giving the medicine is intravenous cAMP pro injection for 3 days.We observed heart rate,blood pressure,AST,CK,CK-MB and LDH before and after 0.5,6,12,24,48 hours.There is no statistics in 3 groups before and after operation(P>0.05).The cardiac muscle enzyme of AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH is lower in before group to another groups(P<0.05).There is no statistics in after group and control group(P>0.05).Cyclic adenosine monophosphate could imporve he metabolism of cardiac cellular and againstheart injury.
