导电聚吡咯膜技术应用于大鼠角朊细胞原代培养的实验研究

Use of Conductive Polypyrrole Technique to Study Rat kerationcyte Primary Cell Culture

  • 摘要: 在大鼠角朊细胞原代培养的基础上,建立导电聚吡咯膜角朊细胞原代培养技术,并探讨了导电聚吡咯膜对角朊细胞体外生长作用的影响.实验结果显示,单纯聚吡咯膜或导电刺激对角朊细胞生长的作用和对照组相比没有显着性差异,而导电聚吡咯膜可以有效地促进角朊细胞的生长和增殖,且对不同种植密度、不同培养时间的大鼠角朊细胞的促生长作用也有显着性差别.

     

    Abstract: The main purpose of our experiment was to inquire into effect of conductive polypyrrole on keratiocyte cell cultures.The results showed that conductive polypyrrole can stimulate the growth and proliferation of keratinocytes,compared with untreated group,which resulted in a marked increase of conversion.It is possible that the rat keratinocyte cell cultures based on conductive polypyrrole primary cell culture technique was about 2 days shorter in submerge time than that of current cell culture.
