Content Changes of Six Elements in Hair of Pupil with Dental Cones

摘要: 用原子吸收光谱法检测汉中市174例小学生龋患儿及159名对照组小学生头发微量元素Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn及常量元素Ca、Mg的含量.结果表明龋患组发Ca含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);女生龋患组发Zn、Fe、Mg含量低于女生对照组同指标(P<0.05);常态下女生发Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量明显高于男生同指标(P<0.001或P<0.01);发Ca、Mg、Zn、Mn5种元素之间有不同程度的相关性.提示龋病的发生可能与体内元素含量异常及性别有关.

Abstract: The Content of the trace elements Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn and Ordinary elements Ca、Mg in hair of 174 Cases pupil with Dental canes and 159 cases contrast group of pupil in local Hanzhong were detemined by atomic absorption spectrophotomtyer.The results showed that the content of Ca in hair of pupil with Dental canes was lower than that of contrast group obviously(P<0.01).The content of Zn、Fe、Mg in hair of schoolgirl was lower than that of contrast group of schoolgirl(P<0.05).The content of Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe in hair of the schoolgirl was higher than of schoolboy group remarkablely(P<0.001 or P<0.01) Commonly.Amony the five elements Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn in hair have correlations to some degree.lt suggested the development of dental canes were related to the abnomal phenomena of elements and sex.
