抗弓形虫单克隆抗体用于弓形虫病实验诊断的初步研究

Study on Monoclonal Antibody Against Membrance Protein(P30) of Toxoplasma Gondii for Laboratory Diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis

  • 摘要: 利用杂交瘤技术制备抗弓形虫P30单克隆抗体,用间接ELISA法测定其活性,并对其特异性进行分析,竞争抑制试验显示50%抑制率时的抗原浓度为30μg/m1,将其应用于弓形虫病血清学检测,取得较为满意的结果.

     

    Abstract: Monoclonal antibody(McAb)against Tox oplasma gondii was prepared via hybridoma technique.Indirect ELISA was used to determine the activity of the McAb and analyse the specificity.Inhibition test showed that the inhibition rate was 50% when the concentration of the antigen was 30μg/ml.It was satisfied to apply this McAb-ELISA for ser ological determination of Toxoplasma gondii.
