氟中毒对机体一氧化氮含量的影响

The Effects of Fluoride on Contents of NO in Organism

  • 摘要: 通过测定染氟大鼠体内GSH和NO的主要代谢物亚硝酸根和硝酸根离子(NO2-\NO3-)的含量,来探讨氟对机体NO含量的影响.结果显示,无论是尿氟还是粪氟的含量,染氟组均高于对照组.与对照组相比,染氟组大鼠全血及各器官的GSH含量显着下降(P<0.05).染氟可使大鼠肾脏和脑的NO2-\NO3-含量下降,显着低于对照组;而心脏和肝脏的NO2-\NO3-含量与对照组相比却显着增高.提示,氟可引起机体GSH水平的降低,NO含量的异常变化.NO的异常变化可能在氟中毒的发病机理中起一定的作用.

     

    Abstract: Using the method of subchronic animal experiment the effects of fluoride on contents of NO in organism were observed.The contents of urine F- and feces F- in fluride-treated group were significantly higher than that in control group.Compared with control group,The GSH contents of fluride-treated group in blood and all kinds of organ decreased significantly(P<0.05). The contents of NO2-/NO3- in kidney and brain of fluor idetreated group were significantly lower than that of control group, but that in heart and liver were significantly higher than that of control group.The results showed that fluoride could reduce the levels of GSH and induce the abnormal synthesis of NO in organism.NO maybe involved in the mechanism of fluorosis.
