家蝇对杀虫药剂敏感性的实验研究

Experimental Study on Susceptibility to Insecticides in Musca domestica(Diptera:Muscidae)from Suzhou Urban Districts

  • 摘要: 采用微量点滴法测定家蝇对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂胺菊酯和醚菊酯、有机氯杀虫剂三氯杀虫酯、有机磷杀虫剂辛硫磷、氨基甲酸酯杀虫剂仲丁威和残杀威6种药物的敏感性.实验结果表明,苏州市家蝇野生品系对胺菊酯和醚菊酯的敏感性下降幅度最大,抗性指数分别达6.24和2.43;对三氯杀虫酯和辛硫磷的敏感性也呈下降趋势,与家蝇敏感品系相比,其抗性指数分别为2.07和1.93;对仲丁威和残杀威的抗性指数分别为1.37和1.03.苏州市家蝇野生品系对所测试的6种杀虫剂的敏感性均呈不同程度下降趋势,可能与杀虫剂间的交互抗性有关.

     

    Abstract: Susceptibility to the pyrethroid tetramethrin and ethofen-prox,the organochloride acetofenate,the organophosphorns phoximand,and the carbamate brodan and propoxur 6 different insecticides in Suzhou populations of Musca domestica was investigated with the topical application manipulated method.Susceptibility to tetramethrin in the field strains of M.domestica from Suzhou urban districts was the lowest level,and resistance ratio reached 6.24-fold.Resistance ratios of ethofenprox,acetofenate,phoximand, brodan and propoxur were 2.43,2.07,1,93,1.37 and 1.03 respectively.The results indicated that susceptibility to the insecticides determined in Suzhou populations of housefly was descending Perhaps this is correlated with cross2resistance among insecticides.
