富硒香菇活性多糖对实验大鼠免疫缺陷干预及其影响因素研究

The Research on Se Lentinan’s Intervention to SD Rat’s Immunodeficiency

  • 摘要: 为证明含富硒香菇多糖(Se-LEN)对大鼠免疫调节及T细胞亚群增殖的提升作用,通过建立免疫缺陷模型,经Se-LEN干预,采用流式细胞术观察T细胞亚群等的变化.结果表明:干预组对淋巴细胞、CD3+、CD4+的增殖有明显的促进作用,脾指数、胸腺指数明显增加.1/5常剂量组上述结果低于对照,接近模型组.促进LYM增殖的起始时间于干预1周后即可产生.提示:Se-LEN具有增强细胞免疫调节功能,显着地促进CD4+增殖和提高CD4+/CD8+,常量组和5倍剂量组有效、快速、可行.

     

    Abstract: To prove the Se Lentinan(Se-LEN)'s improve effect to the rat's immunity regulation and T lymphocyte subgroup,we observe the change of the T lymphocyte subgroup and so on through flow cytometer by building a immunodeficiency model with Se LEN's intervention.The results show that the intervene group had obviously improve effect to the proliferation of lymphocyte,CD3+,and CD4+.The spleen index and thymus index increased obviously.The 1/5 dose group's result was lower than control group,and similar to the model group,it promoted the beginning time of lymphocyte's proliferation occurred in one week after intervention.This prove Se LEN can prompt the regulating function of the cellular immunity,can remarkably prompt CD4's proliferation and increase CD4/CD8.The normal dose group is feasible,fast and effective.
