Abstract: To study the permeability of isoeugenol through skins of mice in vitro.A static glass diffusion cell system was used.Samples were collected at different time after the isoeugenol was applied.The concentration of isoeugenol in the samples was measured by GC.It showed that the permeabilities of isoeugenol through skins of mice gradually increased within the experiment time.The permeabilities of isoeugenol through the skins of mice at 24h post-application was 1.00% The result showed that isoeugenol may be absorbed through skins of mice in vitro after it is applied.
