大豆异黄酮抑制BCap-37乳腺癌细胞增殖的作用研究

Antiproliferative Effect of Soybean Isoflavone on Human Breast Cancer Cells BCap-37

  • 摘要: 采用二羟异黄酮、三羟异黄酮处理BCap-37细胞1~4d后,以生长曲线、3H-TdR掺入试验反映其增殖活力,用流式细胞仪检测其对细胞周期的影响.结果显示:1~9×105mol/L三羟异黄酮处理BCap-37细胞3~4d后,对BCap-37细胞有增殖抑制作用,且与剂量及培养时间成正相关,而在相同剂量条件下二羟异黄酮对BCap-37细胞生长无抑制作用.三羟异黄酮处理BCap-37细胞4d后,BCap-37细胞的增殖指数明显下降,细胞主要阻滞于G1期.提示:三羟异黄酮对BCap-37细胞有显着增殖抑制作用.

     

    Abstract: BCap-37 cells were given 10μmol/L,30μmol/L,90μmol/L of daidzein and genistein 1~4 days.Growth curve test and the incorpoation of 3H-TdR served as the index to reflect prolifertive activity of BCap-37 cells.Cell cycle of BCap-37 cells were measured by Flow Cytometery.It was showed that BCap-37 cells were inhibitied after they were given 1~9×105 mol/L of genistein 3~4 days.Antiproliferative activity of genistein was positively related to cultivtive time and dose.Whereas daidzein was not effect proliferation of BCap-37 cells at the same dose.Antiproliferative activity of genistin was significant at 3×105 mol/L.Proliferation index of BCap-37 cells was obviously decreased after they were exposured to genistein for 4 days.BCap-37 cells were blocked in G1 phase.The results suggest that Genistein can inhibit proliferation of BCap-37 cells.
