Abstract: To comprehend the leading dead causes of child bearing age women.Methods:According to ICD-9 classifying the causes of death and EPI INFO 5.0 analyzing the mortality data.Results:The main sequences of child bearing age women's dead causes were form injury and poison,cancer,circulatory system disease,disease during pregnancy,delievery and puerperium,for 78.30% of total deaths.The major causes in injury and poison were suiside,communicated accident and accidental poison;in caner were leukaemia,hepatocarcinoma and stomach cancer;in circulatory disease were coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,cerebrovascular disease and rheumatic heart disease;in maternal mortality were bleeding,pregnancy induced hypertension and complicated by cardiosis.Conclusion:The main causes related to society,economics,hygiene and personal factors,etc.In order to reduce the deaths of child bearing age women,we should attach great importance to these diseases and factors.
