铝对体外培养人T、B淋巴细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子影响的研究

Effects of Aluminium on TNFα Levels Which Produced by Human T and B Lymph Cells in Vitro Cultivation Experiment

  • 摘要: 为探讨铝对体外培养人T、B淋巴细胞合成肿瘤坏死因子的影响作用,采用体外短期培养方法,观察铝对人T、B淋巴细胞生长密度和合成分泌肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)能力(双抗体夹心ELISA法)的影响.结果表明,人T、B淋巴细胞经过体外培养24h和48h后,细胞生长密度及合成分泌TNFα能力在加铝组明显低于对照组,呈反比例关系.结果提示:铝对人T、B淋巴细胞的生长及合成分泌TNFα有直接抑制作用.

     

    Abstract: To explore the effects of aluminium(AlCl3)on TNF levels which produced by human T and B lymph cells in vitro cultivation experiment.Some parameters in immunocology were examined after the T and B lymph cells cultivated with the different levels of AlCl3 for 24 hours and 48 hours.The T and B lymph cells growth functions were determinated by directly counting under the microscope.TNFα levels in the cultivated liquid were deter minated by ELISA method.Compared to the control group,the T and B lymph cells growth functions and their TNFα levels in the cultivated liquid were significantly decreased after in vitro cultivated for 24 hours and 48 hours.There are direct inhibitory effects of AlCl3 on human T and B lymph cells growth function and the levels of TNFα which produced by human T and B lymph cells in vitro cultivated experiment.
