GABA靶标杂环杀虫剂FIPRONIL对卫生害虫的活性研究

Research on the Activity of Heteronuclear Insecticide FIPRONIL with GABA Target on Health Pests

  • 摘要: 研究新型杂环杀虫剂FIPRONIL对蚊蝇蟑三种卫生害虫的活性,评价其在卫生害虫防治领域中应用的实际意义.结果表明,FIPRONIL对于淡色库蚊、家蝇及德国小蠊,致死性均优于拟除虫菊酯中两种代表性杀虫剂——致死型杀虫剂氯菊酯与击倒型杀虫剂胺菊脂,击倒性则反之.对淡色库蚊幼虫LC50为0.01162ppm,对家蝇LD50为0.00371μg/虫,对德国小蠊LD50为0.00377μg/虫.FIPRONIL由于对三种卫生害虫的高效毒力及无交互抗性的独特作用机制,值得在公共卫生领域中扩大推广其应用.

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the activities of new heteronuclear insecticide FIPRONIL with the special mechanism on three kinds of health pests.Results show that FIORONIL is superior to two kinds of typical py rethroid insecticide-permethrin and tetramethrin on the killing activity,the knock activity is the converse. The LC50 of larvae of Culex pipiens pallens is 0.01162ppm,the LD50 of Musca domestica and Balattella germanica is 0.00371 μg/虫 and 0.00377 μg/虫 respectivity.For the reason of high toxic activity on three kinds of health pests and the special action mechanism without resistance each other,it seems need to enlarge its use on the fields of public health.
