氟及维生素C对血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶及胶原代谢的影响

Effect of Fluoride and Vitamin C on Blood Ca, P, ALP and Gelatine of Metabolism

  • 摘要: 目的 为了解长期接触氟作业工人的慢性毒性及维生素C的拮抗效果.方法 对受试对象进行体格检查和生化检验.然后,随机分为5组,每人每日口服不同剂量维生素C30天,各组维生素C剂量分别为0、50、100、150和200mg/day,再进行第二次体格检查和生化检验.结果 给予不同剂量维生素C后,生化指标及各种临床症状均有所改善.结论 氟对许多组织器官有不同程度的损害作用,维生素C具有一定的拮抗氟毒性的作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective The article studied the chronic toxicity of fluoride on workers working with fluoride and carried out the vitamin C resist experiment.Methods The subjects were divided into five groups,randomly and supplemented orally with varied amount of vitamin C for 30 day,the intakes among five groups were 0,50,100,150,200mg/day per capital respectively.Results All kinds of symptoms can be alleviated by supplying proper amount of vitamin C the biochemistry index,such as blood Ca,P,A LP.Urine fluoride can be changed significantly.Conclusion The result implies that vitamin C can resist toxicity of fluoride.
