恒电流计时电位溶出法测定多维元素片中微量铜

Determination of Trace Copper in Duowei Granules by Differential Chronopotentiometric Stripping Analysis.

  • 摘要: 目的建立一种直接测定多维元素片中微量铜的电位溶出法.方法采用玻碳电极-饱和甘汞电极(SCE)铂对电极三电极系统的恒电流微分计时电位溶出法,直接测定多维元素片金属铜.在0.1mol/LHCl-5×10-4mol/LKNO3介质中,于-0.60V预电解富集40s进行溶出,记录-0.07V左右溶出峰高.结果铜在8~200μg/L的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9964),平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为41%.结论本法不用汞工作电极,无污染,试剂价廉,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于该片剂的测定.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo establish a method of the differential of copper in duowei granules.MethodsIn a medium of 0.1 mol/L HCl-5×10-4 mol/L KNO3,the detemination of copper by differential chrono-Potentiometric stropping analysis using glassy carbon-SCE-platinum three electrode potentiostat.The pre-electrolysis potential was-0.60V and time was 40s.The stripping peak at about-0.07V.ResultsThe method was suitable for deter mination of 8~200μg/L(r=0.9964)of copper and the average recovery was 100.1% (RSD=4.1%).ConclusionsThe method not used mercury electrod and no polluted.The method has beed applied examination of trace copper in duowei granules with satisfactory results.
