硒对镉引发氧自由基的清除作用研究

Studies on Scavenging Effect of Cd-induced Free Radicals with Selenium

  • 摘要: 目的 了解环境毒物镉作为氧自由基诱导剂,引发动物脏器及组织的系列毒性反应.方法 利用电子自旋共振技术(ESR),采用PBN捕获剂研究硒对镉引发氧自由基的清除作用.结果 一定剂量的硒能有效降低镉引发的氧自由基含量.本实验条件下的自由基清除率为65.5%.ESR图谱及参数显示自由基为脂质过氧自由基.结论 硒具有清除体内氧自由基的作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the scavenging effect of Cdinduced free radicals with Na2SeO3.Methods To use of electron spin resonance(ESR)with the capture-agent PBN.Results The outputs of free radicals produced by the rat liver homogenate treated with CdCl2 were significantly reduced by adding Na2SeO3.The free radical-scavenging coefficient was 65.5% under the condition of the experiment.The parameters of ESR have also determined that the free radical in the system was lipid peroxide free radical(LOO·).Conclusion Selenium can eliminate the oxide free radical of the body.
