吸烟成年男子红细胞免疫状态与超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化脂质关系的研究

Study on Relationship Between the Change of Erythrocyte Immune State and the Levels of SOD and LPO in Smoking Adult Man

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨吸烟者体内红细胞免疫状态改变,以及其与超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化脂质的关系.方法 将158名健康成年男子分成两组:吸烟组(116人)和非吸烟对照组(42人),分别检测其红细胞受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及血浆过氧化脂质(LPO)的变化.结果 吸烟组的RBC-C3bRR、SOD水平均显着低于非吸烟对照组,而RBC-ICR、LPO水平则显着高于非吸烟对照组;相关分析表明SOD水平随着吸烟量的增加而下降,两者呈负相关关系(r=-0.584,P<0.05),而LPO则随吸烟量的增加而增高,两者呈正相关关系(r=0.828,P<0.01);直线相关回归分析表明RBC-C3bRR与SOD呈正相关(r=0.785,P<0.01),而与LPO呈负相关(r=-0.913,P<0.01).结论 提示吸烟可引起继发性免疫功能低下,可能与体内的超氧化物脂歧化酶相对不足及过氧化脂质增加有关.

     

    Abstract: Objective To examine the relationship between the change of erythrocyte immune state and the leves of SOD and LPO in smoking people.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight healthy adult men were divided into two groups:smoking group (116 cases)and non-smoking control group(42 cases).Plasma red blood cell C3B receptor(RBC-C3bRR),red cell blood immune complex resette(RBC-ICR),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lipid peroxide(LPO)were determined in the two groups.Results RBC-C3bRR and SOD in the smoking group were markedly lower compared with those of the non-smoking group(P<0.01,P <0.05),while RBC-ICR and LPO were significantly increased (P<0.01).Furthermore,the correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly negatively correlation between SOD and the smoking quantity(r=-0.0584,P<0.05),which is a signifcantly positive correlation between serum LPO and the smoking quantity(r=0.828,P<0.01).In addition,the RBC-C3bRR was related positively to SOD(r=0.785,P<0.01),but negatively to LPO(r=-0.913,P<0.01).Conclusion Erthrocyte immune in smoking people is decreased,which is in relation to the decrease of erythrocyte SOD and the increase of LPO.
