丙烯腈对大鼠外周血T细胞亚群及血清白介素-2活性的影响

Effect of Acrylonitrile on T Lymphocyte Subsets and Serum Interleukin-2 Activity of Peripheral Blood in Rats

  • 摘要: 目的 为探讨丙烯腈对细胞免疫机能的影响.方法 对4个染毒组用呼吸道静式染毒分别给予丙烯腈102mg/m3、134mg/m3、178mg/m3、237mg/m3.每天定时染毒2小时,同时禁食禁水,每染6天体息1天,共计28天.股动脉放血处死动物,进行大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白细胞介素-2活性(IL-2)的测定.结果 丙腈染毒组与对照组比较外周血T细胞亚群中CD3、CD4细胞数、CD4/CD8比值及血清IL-2活性明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD8细胞升高(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 丙烯腈可导致大鼠免疫功能抑制,主要表现为T细胞亚群数量、功能及IL-2活性降低,免疫调控低下.具有明显的细胞免疫毒性.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect on T-lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood and serum Interleukin-2 activity in rats exposed to Acrylonitrile for 28 days.Methods The four posioned groups were given acryloniyrile of 102mg/m3,134mg/m3,178mg/m3,237mg/m3 through respiration.The rats were poisoned for 2 hours every day,at same time not drinking water,they had rest one day after six day posining,totaling 28 days.Results In the T-lymphocyte subsets profile,positive percentages of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 ratio of peripheral blood were significantly lower in groups exposed to Acrylonitrile than that in normal controls,positive percentages of CD8 of peripheral blood was significanthigher in groups exposed to Acrylonitrile than that in normal controls.The serum Interleukin-2 activity in Acrylonitrile exposing groups was significant lower than that in normal controls.Conclusion Acrylonitrile can cause impairment to the cellular immune.
