学龄儿童行为问题与感觉统合的关系研究

Study on Relationship Between Behavior Problems and Sensory Integration of Schooled Children

  • 摘要: 目的探讨学龄儿童行为问题与感觉统合的关系.方法选取太原市3所小学419名6~11岁儿童为研究对象,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL),感觉统合检核表及环境因素问卷.结果行为问题组儿童感觉统合各项得分明显高于正常组儿童,男女儿童共有的6个行为因子与感觉统合各项得分呈显着正相关关系,多元回归分析结果显示感觉统合中触觉过分防御、前庭失衡、学习能力不足是影响儿童行为总分的显着因素.结论儿童行为问题与感觉统合之间关系密切,感觉统合能力发展愈差,愈易发生行为问题.预防与早期干预儿童感觉统合能力发展不足,可以减少儿童行为问题的发生.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the relationship between behavior problems and sensory integration of children.MethodsFour hundred and nineteen children aged 6-11 from three primary schools in Taiyuan were studied using children behavior checklist(CBCL),sensory integrative schedule and environmental factors inquiry.ResultsThe score of sensory integration of children with behav ior problems was significantly higher than the nor mal children.There were six factors positively correlated with the scores of behavior sensory integration.The result of multiple regression indicated that touch excessive defense,vestibule imbalance and lacking of learning ability were remarkable factors to infect the total score of CBCL.ConclusionChildren's behavior problems and sensory integration were very close to each other.Children with bad ability of sensory integration were liable to have behavior problems.To prevent and interfere the underdevelopment of sensory integration could decease children's behavior problems.
