伤寒沙门菌Vi抗原作为毒力因子的特性研究

Expreimental Study on Characteristics of Vi Antigen of Salmonella Typhi as a Virulence Factor

  • 摘要: 目的探讨伤寒沙门菌Vi抗原作为毒力因子在致病机理中的作用.方法选用Vi阳性和Vi阴性伤寒沙门菌作为实验菌株,体外考查了Vi抗原在抵抗渗透压(NaCl)和过氧化物(H2O2)中的作用,以及抵抗单核吞噬细胞内化和胞内杀伤的作用.结果高浓度NaCl明显减少Vi阴性伤寒沙门菌的存活;低浓度的H2O2对Vi阴性伤寒沙门菌的存活有显着的影响;单核吞噬细胞内化和胞内杀伤伤寒沙门菌明显高于对照组.结论伤寒沙门菌的Vi抗原作为一种毒力因子对其存活于体内及逃避机体的防御机理具有重要作用.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo research the role of Vi antigen of S.typhi as a virulence factor in pathogenic mechanisms of S.typhi.MethodsS.typhi strains with positive and negative Vi antigen were used.The role of Vi antigen was examined in resistance of osmotic perssure(NaCl)and preoxide(H2O2)kill,as well as against internalizing and intracellular killing by mononuclear phagocytes.ResultsThe survival of Vi negative S.typhi strains was decreased significantly in the presence of high concentration of NaCl and of low concentration of H2O2;Vi negative S.typhi strains were internalized and killed dramat-ically by mononuclear phagocytes compared with the control group.ConclusionThese results indicated that Vi antigen of S.typhi strains as a virulence factor possessed a fatal role in pathogenic mechanisms of S.typhi by resistance to host defense.
