生存质量的影响因素分析中综合指标的编制方法

Computing Methods of Combined-variables in Influencing Factors Analysis on Survival Quality

  • 摘要: 目的探讨生存质量的影响因素分析中综合指标的编制方法.方法用对变量作非线性变换和线性回归的方法编制生存质量和影响因素的综合指标.结果对396例胃癌患者生存质量的18个条目作单调样条变换后作主成分分析,所得到的综合指标可反映9948%的方差信息,用回归方法编制出影响胃癌生存质量的3个集团因素,它们对生存质量的影响权重分别为0.35,0.32和0.33.结论非线性主成分分析和回归方法编制的综合指标可用于生存质量的影响因素分析.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the computing methods of the combined-variables in multivariate analysis of the quality of survival.MethodsThe nonlinear principal component analysis is used to composition variables measuring the quality of survival and linear regression is used to composition influencing variables on the survival quality.ResultsThe variance proportion drawn by the first principal component is 0.9948 and weights of three combined-variables composed by influencing factors on the survival quality are 0.35,0.32 and 0.33.ConclusionUsing nonlinear principal component analysis and linear regression to computing combined-variables are suitable to the influencing factors analysis on the survival quality.
