甲壳质对老龄小鼠LPO含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响

Effects of Chitin on LPO and SOD and GSH-Px of Old Mice

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨甲壳质对老龄雄性昆明种小鼠LPO含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响.方法 经口给药14d后,用TBA法测定肝脏中LPO含量;用NBA法测定红细胞中SOD活性;用DTNB法测定全血中GSH-Px活性.结果 甲壳质对LPO含量的影响除64.0mg/kg·bw剂量组与老龄组比较有极显着性差异(P<0.01)外,其余2个剂量组与老龄组比较均具有显着性差异(P<0.05).甲壳质对老龄SOD、GSH-Px活性的影响除80mg/kg·bw剂量组与老龄组比较差异显着(P<0.05)外,其余2个剂量组与老龄组比较均具有极显着性差异(P<0.01).结论 甲壳质具有明显降低老龄小鼠LPO含量和提高SOD、GSH-Px活性作用.

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of chitin on L PO and SOD and GSH-Px of old Kunming mice.Methods After oral administration for 14 days,the content of L PO by adopting TBA、SOD activity by adopting NBA and GSH-Px by adopting DTBN method differently.Results Except the 64.0mg/kg·bw for LPO,chitin has high difference with significance vs control(P<0.01),the other two forms have difference with significance vs control(P<0.05),except for the 810mg/kg·bw for SOD and GSH-Px activity,chitin has difference with significance vs control(P<0.05),the other two forms have significant difference vs control(P<0.01).Conclusion The results show the chitin can reduce the LPO content,increase the SOD and GSH-Px activity.
