人巨细胞病毒感染与自然流产关系的研究

Study on Relationship Between Infection of Human Cytomegalovirus(HCMV) and Spontaneous Abortion

摘要: 目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染与自然流产之间的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)及聚合酶链试验(PCR)检测39例自然流产患者(流产组)血清中HCMV-IgM及外周血、胎儿组织中HCMV-DNA,并选择23例人工流产孕妇做对照组。结果流产组患者血清中HCMV-IgM、外周血、胎儿组织HCMV-DNA阳性率分别为38.46%、43.58%、33.33%.对照组分别是8.69%、8.69%、4.31%.两者比较差别有显着性意义(P<0.05).结论 HCMV感染是引起自然流产的重要原因之一。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between infection of human cytomeg alovirus and spontaneous abortion.Methods Patients HCMV-IgM in sera and HCMV-DNA in peripheral blood cells and in fetal tissues were detected by ELISA and PCR in 39patients with spontaneacs abortion,respectively.So were the 23 cases with artifical abortion as control groupu.Results Patients.positive rates of HCMV-IgM and HCMV-DNA in per ipheral blood cells and in fetal tissus among patients with spontaneous abortion were 38.46%,43.58%,33.33%,respectively,and the control group's postive rates were 8.69%,8.69% and 4.31%,respectively.The positive rates were significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion HCMV infection played an important role in spontaneous abortion.
