Occupational Epidemic Research on Rush-mat Process

  • 摘要: 目的 为了解蔺草加工业劳动卫生现状,预防蔺草染土粉尘的危害.方法 采用整群抽样的方法对一定规模的蔺草加工企业的一线在岗工人进行问卷调查,并进行必要的环境测定.结果 蔺草加工业车间粉尘总尘平均浓度为20.88mg/m3,呼吸性粉尘浓度为8.38mg/m3,以进仓、拔草等工序最为严重,污染重的工种多为外地民工.工人缺乏必要的防护意识和措施.男性有44.5%吸烟.工人咳嗽、咳痰症状发生率在10%以上,呼吸道症状与吸烟、工种、接尘工龄存在密切联系.结论 蔺草加工业粉尘污染十分严重,预防措施和管理须及时加强.

     

    Abstract: Objective To realize the status of occupational hygiene and prevent the adverse effect of rush mat dust.Methods Questionnaires were processed on the workers,working in small-size and medium-size enterprises.The dust concentration of rush dust in workplace was determined.Results The mean general dust concentration was 20.88mg/m3 and the respirable dust concentration reaches 8.38mg/m3.The dust pollution was serious,especially in store plants and selected plants.However,workers were not covered by respirators.44.5% of workers have the habit of smoking.The occurrence rates of cough and expectorate was over 10%.There was a relationship between the respiratory symptoms and smoking,shift,work duration.Conclusion The dust pollution is so much serious that some preventive and controlling measures must be taken.
