重组日本血吸虫31/32kDa抗原保护性免疫机制的研究

Studies on Protective Immune Mechanism of Recombinant 31/32kDa Schistosoma Japonicum Antigen

  • 摘要: 目的探讨抗体在重组日本血吸虫31/32kDa抗原(rSj31/32)保护性免疫机制中的作用.方法用rSj31/32多次免疫兔血清(rSj31/32-VRS)在不同时间被动转移至小鼠体内,并动态观察兔血清中IgG抗体水平.结果rSj31/32-VRS攻击感染前被动转移可诱导小鼠32.6%的减虫率,65.0%的减卵率,明显高于攻击感染后被动转移诱导的保护力(18.5%).rSj31/32-VRS血清IgG抗体于第3周开始升高,第4周达高峰,并维持较高水平.结论抗体在rSj31/32多次免疫诱导的保护性免疫机制中起着重要作用.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effect of antibody in the protective immune mechanism of recombinant 31/32kDa schistosoma japonicum antigen(rSj31/32).MethodsRabbits were vaccinated multiply with rSj31/32,of which the level of IgGantibody in serum was observed dynamically.At the same time,sera with rSj31/32 vaccinated rabbits(rSj31/32-VRS) and IRS transfered passively to mice at different time to detect the protecting resistant.ResultsThe passive transfer of rSj31/32-VRS before challenge could induce 32.6% worm reduction rate and 65.0% egg reduction rate,higher than that after challenge(18.5%).The rSj31/32-VRS level of IgG rose at week 3,reached the peak at week 4 and then g radually dropped off.ConclusionAntibo dy might play an important role in the protective immunity elicited by rSj31/32.
