生后发育期铅接触对大鼠海马组织的影响

Effect of Lead on Hippocampi Tissues of Mature Rats During Time of Growth After Birth

  • 摘要: 目的观察铅对生后发育期大鼠海马神经生长因子(NGF)基因表达的影响.方法仔鼠出生后,即给母鼠饲以0.2%醋酸铅,仔鼠通过母乳摄入铅.采用RT-PCR方法,半定量分析生后发育期铅接触仔鼠海马组织NGFmRNA含量的变化.结果与对照组相比,铅染毒仔鼠血铅和海马组织铅含量明显升高(P均<0.001),而海马组织NGFmRNA含量却显着下降(P<0.001).结论铅染毒可使生后发育期仔鼠海马组织NGFmRNA表达量下降.

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effect of lead on the expressions of gene of NGF of hippocampi tissues of mature rats during the time of growth after birth.MethodsTo have the mother rat assimilate 0.2% of lead acetate after the birth of the young,the youngrat assimilate lead thr ough the milk.And adopt the method of RT-PCR to semi-quanititatively analyse the change of the content of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissues of the youngrat after the contact with lead during time of growth after birth.ResultsCompared with the control group.The content of lead in the lead-po lluted youngrat the hippocampi tissue went up,while the content of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissue went down.ConclusionThe pollution of lead may reduce the quantity of the show of NGF mRNA in the hippocampi tissues of youngrat when they were in the time of growth after the birth.
