硒对衰老小鼠脑神经细胞及线粒体的保护作用

Protective Effects of Selenium on Neuron and Mitochondria of Senile Mice

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨硒对老化神经元及线粒体的作用机理.方法 采用D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型,观察硒对衰老小鼠脑细胞的SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、GSH、MAO-B、脂褐素以及线粒体形态结构的影响.结果 硒可以明显提高D-半乳糖衰老小鼠脑细胞SOD、GSH-Px的酶活性,增加GSH含量,减少脂褐素和MDA的含量,抑制MAO-B的酶活性,保护脑线粒体结构完整.结论 硒可以通过提高机体的抗氧化能力来延缓神经细胞和线粒体老化.

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of selenium on neuron and mitochondria of senile mice.Methods Using D-galactose induced aging model,the activities of SOD,GSH-Px,MAO-B and levels of MDA,GSH in brain were measured.The changes of LPF and mitochondria were observed by using transmission electr on microscope.Results Selenium can obviously enhance the activities of SOD and GSH-Px,increase the level of GSH,decrease the levels of LPF and MDA,inhabit the activity of MAO and protect the mitochondria from being destroyed.Conclusion Selenium can raise the antioxidation ability of mouse brain and delay the aging of neuron and mitocho ndria.
