豆粕中大豆异黄酮提取分离技术的研究

Study of Extraction and Isolation of Isoflavone from Soybean Residue

  • 摘要: 目的 从豆粕中提取分离具有重要生物学活性的大豆异黄酮.方法 采用提取溶剂和吸附树脂的筛选进行提取和分离.结果 经70%乙醇提取后,用NKA-9大孔吸附树脂进行分离可制备成具有多种生物活性的大豆异黄酮.结论 获得一套简单安全低成本的大豆异黄酮提取分离技术.

     

    Abstract: Objective In order to extract isoflavones of soybean from soybean residue,which has important biological activities.Methods Tests were carried out to select the best absorbent resin and extracting solvent.Results After using 70% C2H5OH to extract,NKA-9 resin was used to absorb and isolate the isoflavones of soybean.Conclusion Test could reduce the cost with safer and simpler extraction and isolation techniques of isoflavones.
