Study on Genetic Toxicity of Volatile Compounds of Decorated Materials

  • 摘要: 目的研究装饰材料挥发物对人体外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤作用。方法应用单细胞凝胶电泳法分别检测在装修场所与未装修场所工作半年女服务员外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤。结果在新装修场所工作半年服务员其外周血淋巴细胞DNA断裂比对照组要高,其差别有显着性意义(P<0.01)。结论装饰材料挥发物可引起人们外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤,从而提示SCG检测DNA损伤可作为有害因素对健康影响的早期生物学标记。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study on DNA damage of human peripheral lymphocytes caused by the volatile compounds of decorated materials.MethodsThe alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE)was used to detect the DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes of woman servants worked in decorated areas or not for half year.ResultsThe rate of DNA damage of the women working in the decorated room was higher than that of the control group.(P<0.01).ConclusionThe volatile componds of decorated materials may do harm on the DNA of human peripheral lymphocytes,and the DNA damage can be detected by SCGE method as an early biological indicator.
