硒和有机锗-132对乙醇损伤机体的保护作用

Protection effect of selenium and organo-germanium-132 on ethanol injury in rats

  • 摘要:
      目的   探讨硒、有机锗-132对乙醇致大鼠组织损伤的保护作用.
      方法   以5.0g/(kg·bw)剂量市售北京红星牌二锅头(含52%酒精), 连续3个月灌胃形成大鼠慢性乙醇中毒, 观察大鼠肝、肾、脑及全血中脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱苷肽(GSH)的含量变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.
      结果   与乙醇组比较, 乙醇+Se组、乙醇+Ge132组和乙醇+Se+Ge132组大鼠组织和血清MDA含量显著降低(P均 < 0.01), GSH含量及SOD活性均升高(P均 < 0.05).
      结论   硒、锗-132可通过增加GSH含量、增强SOD活性从而抑制过量乙醇对机体的损伤.

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To appro ach protection of selenium and organo-germanium-132 on the rat's tissue injury of alcoholism.
      Methods   Etheanol dependent rats were formed by using 52%, 51 0 g/(kg·bw)Erguotou(Beijing Hongxing).The rats was ingested for 3 months and the contents of malondialdehy de(MDA), glutathione(GSH)and activity of supero xide dismutase(SOD)in liver, renal, brain and Serum were detected.
      Results   The content of MDAwas decreased(P < 0101), the contents of GSHand the activit ies of superox ide dismitase(SOD)were increased in tissue and serum among alcohol+Se, alcoho l+Ge-132, alcoho l+Se+Ge-132 and alcohol groups(P < 01.05).
      Conclusion   Selenium and organo-germanium-132 can inhibit the injury of over-dose alcohol to body by elevating contents of GSH, activities of SOD.
