Investigation on mental states of inhabitants during epidemic outbreak stage of SARS

摘要:
目的探讨SARS流行期间公众心理健康状况, 为心理干预提供依据.
方法采用SCL90量表, 对2844名学生及城市社区居民和农村居民进行SARS流行期间的心理健康状况问卷调查.结果(1)SARS流行期间公众心理健康状况较全国常模差.(2)不同类群公众在SARS流行期间心态变化不尽相同, 产生的心理卫生问题也不同.
结论 (1) SARS流行期间公众的心理危机问题值得关注.(2)SARS及其它公共卫生事件发生期间的心理危机干预非常必要, 但要有针对性.

Abstract:
Objective To explore inhabitants mental health states duringepidemic outbreak stage of SARS, and to provide scientific basis for mental intervening.
Methods Atotal of 2 844 students, city inhabitants and village inhabitants were invest igated with SCL 90.
Results (1) There were sig nificant difference in mental health state between peoples duringepidemic outbreak stage of SARSand the norm of Chinese.(2)Various mass groups had different state of mental health dur ing epidemic outbreak stage of SARS, and there were different mental healthe problem in various mass groups.
Conclusion (1) The pr oblem of mental cr isis dur ingepidemic outbreak stage of SARSwere deserved to pay close attention.(2)The intervention of mental crisis were necessary duringepidemic outbreak stage of SARSor otheremergent events of public health.
