Investigation on mite distribution in public area Beihai Nanning and Guilin of Guangxi Zhuang Minority Autonomous Region

摘要:
目的了解广西主要旅游城市北海、南宁和桂林市公共场所螨类孳生状况.
方法用吸尘器分别吸取公共场所中的床铺、沙发、地面或地毯上的尘样, 装入样品袋, 带回实验室分离计数.
结果在北海、南宁和桂林市公共场所采集、检测尘样分别为90, 162和92份, 螨类检出率北海(74.4%) > 南宁(42.0%) > 桂林(23.7%), 3市之间差异有统计学意义(χ²=49.11, P < 0.001).螨平均密度北海(153.0只/g尘) > 南宁(74.5只/g尘) > 桂林(17.4只/g尘), 3市之间差异也有统计学意义(F=6.8453, P < 0.01.)结论应重视公共场所螨类监测和防制工作.

Abstract:
Objective To know the basic info rmat ion of mite in public area of Beihai, Nanning and Guilin of Guang xi.
Methods The dust from beds, sofa, carpet and ground surface was sucked separately by a dust suction machine and collected in an sample envelope.The sample of dust was inspected under the laboratory condition.
Results There were 90, 162 and 92 samples collected from Beihai Nanning and Guilin.The positive rate were 74.4%, 42.0%and 23.7%, respectively.It showed a significant difference(χ²=49.11, P < 0.001).The aver age mite density(mite per gram of dust)was 153.0, 74.5 and 17.4 respectively.It also showed a signifigant difference(F=6.8453, P < 0.01).
Conclusion It should be pay more at tention on the inspection and mite control in the public area of cities.
