低氧应激肽的谱学特征分析

Analysis on spectrum characteristic of hypoxia stress peptide

  • 摘要:
      目的   利用核磁共振仪、质谱仪、红外光谱测定仪等仪器对低氧应激肽进行谱学分析, 获取该物质本身的结构特性。
      方法   将分离提纯的低氧应激肽直接用核磁共振仪、质谱仪、红外光谱测定仪进行分析, 利用计算机并结合图谱进行分析解图。
      结果   该物质分子量为1 593.7, 并在特定位置有相应的原子基团存在。
      结论   用仪器对化学物质进行分析, 较一般的分子生物学有其优越性, 为了解物质特性开拓了一条新途径。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To analysis the hypoxia stress peptied(HSP)with the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and the mass spectrometry(MS)and the fourier transfor infrared spectrometry(FTIR), and to get the structure character of the HSP.
      Methods   To detect the HSP from the serum of the patients of mountain sickness with the NMR and the MS and the FTIR, and to take the dactylogram character of the HSP and to analysis diagram with computer.
      Results   The molecular weight of the HSP was 1 59317 from the MS diagram, the definite readical was existed at the corresponding position from the FTIR diagram.
      Conclusion   To expand a kind of new method to anlaysis the substance with the instrument of the NMR and the MS and the FTIR.
