缺铁性贫血孕妇及其脐血免疫因子变化

Alteration of immune factors in both IDA pregnant women and their cord venous blood

      目的   观察孕期缺铁性贫血(IDA)时妇女及其脐血白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和免疫球蛋白的变化。
      方法   对确诊的63例IDA孕妇和正常孕妇中随机抽取的50名孕妇及其脐血, 50名非孕妇女进行白细胞介素-2和免疫球蛋白等免疫指标检测, 分析孕期IDA时各免疫指标的变化及其对脐带血各指标的影响。
      结果   孕期妇女的IL-2显著高于非孕期妇女(P < 0.05);IDA孕妇IL-2、IgG显著低于正常孕妇(均P < 0.01), IgM显著高于正常孕妇(P < 0.05);孕妇和脐血的IL-2和IgG分别呈正相关(r=0.741 79, r=0.828 50, 均P < 0.05);与正常孕妇脐血比较, IDA孕妇脐血中的IgG较低而IgM较高(P < 0.01, P < 0.01)。
      结论   IDA孕妇IL-2和IgG血清含量改变, 并对脐带血指标有一定的影响。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To observe and evaluate the changes in immune factors of the iron deficiency anemia(IDA)pregnant women.
      Methods   The serum IL-2, IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 were determined in 63 IDA pregnant women, 50 normal pregnant women and their cord venous blood.These parameters were also determined in 50 non pregnant women.
      Results   The serum IL-2 level of the pregnant women was significantly higher than that of those non pregnant women(P < 0.05).The levels of serum IL-2 and IgG in the IDA pregnant women were significantly lower than those of normal pregnat women(P < 0.01;P < 0.01).The levels of IL-2 and IgG in pregnant women had a positive correlation with those of their cord venous blood(r=0.741 79, P < 0.05, r=0.828 50, P < 0.05).Compared with cord venous blood of normal pregnant women, the level of IgG of the IDA pregnant women was distinctly decreased and the IgM level was distinctly increased(P < 0.01).
      Conclusion   The IDA during pregnancy has evident effects on the level of serum IL-2 and IgG as well as effects on parameters of cord venous blood.
