育龄男性对艾滋病相关咨询满意度的影响因素

Influence factors of satisfaction with AIDS counseling in reproductive male population

摘要:
目的了解我国育龄男性对艾滋病相关咨询满意度的影响因素, 为提高艾滋病咨询服务的满意度提供科学依据。
方法对5县232名育龄男士进行问卷调查, 采用定量分析(单因素和多因素分析)的方法, 对艾滋病咨询满意度的影响因素进行分析。
结果诸多影响因素中, 地区因素、咨询时间、咨询人员的态度具有显著差别, 而年龄、户口、文化程度、是否提供书面材料则差异无统计学意义。
结论延长咨询时间、改善咨询人员的服务态度及服务质量是目前提高艾滋病相关咨询满意度的有效途径。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the satisfaction with AIDS counseling and its influence factors among reproductive mate population in China, and to provide scientific evidence for correct measures.
Methods Questionnaire was used to survey the satisfaction with AIDS counseling.
Results There were significant differences on the satisfaction with AIDS counseling in different counties, different counseling time and different counseling providers.
Conclusion It is necessary to prolong counseling time, improve attitude of counseling providers and the service quality in reproductive male population.
