饮食诱导肥胖大鼠sTNFR2与胰岛素抵抗关系

Study on relationship between sTNFR2 and insulin resistance in DIO rats

摘要:
目的探讨饮食诱导肥胖(DIO)大鼠血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体2(sTNFR2)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。
方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测大鼠血清sTNFR2水平, 放免法检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。
结果 DIO大鼠血清sTNFR2、TNF-α水平显著高于对照组和饮食诱导肥胖抵抗(DIO-R)大鼠(P < 0.01), DIO大鼠血清sTNFR2、TNF-α水平均与胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)呈负相关(P < 0.05)。
结论 sTN-FR2在肥胖相关的IR发生中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the relationship between serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor 2(sTNFR2)and insulin resistance(IR)in diet-induced obesity(DIO)rats.
Methods The level of serum sTNFR2 was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The concentrations of serum tumor necrosis factor A(TNF-а)and fasting insulin (FINS)were measured by radioimmunoassay.
Results The levels of sTNFR2 and TNF-а of DIO rats were significantly higher than those of the controls and die-tinduced obesity resistant(DIO-R)rats(P < 0.01).Insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was in stongly negative correlation with the levels of serum sTNFR2 and TNF-а in DIO rats(P < 0.05).
Conclusion sTNFR2 may play an important role in IR related to obesity.
