N-乙酰转移酶基因多态性与胃癌易感性

Relationship between N-acetyltransferases genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility to stomach cancer

      目的   探讨N-乙酰转移酶2(NAT2)基因多态性与胃癌易感性的关系。
      方法   采用1:1配对病例-对照研究方法和PCR技术, 检测121例原发性胃癌患者和相应对照的NAT2基因型, 分析其NAT2基因突变位点及表型与胃癌遗传易感性的关系。
      结果   NAT2 M1位点的突变增加胃癌的发病危险, OR=11.111(95%CI=4.510~27.377)。NAT2 M2、NAT2 M3、NAT2表型在胃癌发生中的作用差异均无统计学意义。
      结论   NAT2 M位点的突变与胃癌易感性增加有关。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To determine the association of N-acetyltransferases 2(NAT2)genetic polymorphisms and the susceptibility to stomach cancer.
      Methods   1:1 case-control study and PCR technique were used to analysis the genetic polymorphisms of NAT2 genoty pe among 121 cases of stomach cancer patients and sex-and age-matched controls, who were selected in Nanjing.Statistical analysis was performed to elucidate the risk for stomach cancer.
      Results   NAT2M1 mutation genotype was significantly associated with the increase of the risk of stomach cancer(OR=11.079, 95%CI=4.421~27.765), while NAT2M2, NAT2M3 mutation and geno type were not statistically significant.
      Conclusion   NAT2M1 mutation genotype was likely associated with the susceptibility to stomach cancer.
