复合电磁场水处理装置灭菌效果评价

Evaluation on sterile effect of water treatment equipment of compound electromagnetic field

  • 摘要:
      目的   研究复合电磁场水处理装置(简称装置)的灭菌效果并探讨其灭菌机制。
      方法   灭菌试验: 用大肠埃希菌8 099株制备的模拟水经装置处理60 s, 并在处理至0, 15, 30, 45和60 s时分别采样, 于37和44.5℃培养检测菌密度。持续灭菌试验: 制备3种水为高压灭菌自来水、经装置消毒灭菌状态处理3 min的脱氯自来水、经装置消毒灭菌状态处理3 min, 再经胶体脱稳状态处理20 min的脱氯自来水; 以上3种水样均添加大肠埃希菌8 099株后静置3 h, 并于0, 0.5, 1, 2和3 h取样, 37和44.5℃培养检测菌密度。
      结果   装置在30 s内对含菌模拟水样的细菌灭活率达100%;经装置处理后再染菌的水样, 60 min细菌灭活率仍可达100%。
      结论   复合电磁场水处理装置具有快速高效的直接灭菌功能及一定的持续灭菌功能。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective   To explore the sterile effect and possible mechanism of the water treatment equipment of compound electromagnetic field(equipment for short).
      Methods   Sterilization Test: The simulated water prepared with 8 099 of Escherichia coli(E.coli)were treated by the equipment for 60 s.During the treatment, the water samples were taken in 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60s and immediately incubated at 37℃ and 44.5℃ to deter mine the densities of E.coli.Continual Sterilization Test: Three kinds of water were made: (1)Tap water disposed with autoclave.(2)Dechloridizedtap water treated by the sterile state of the equipment for 3 min.(3)Dechloridizedtap water treated by the sterile state of the equipment for 3 min and colloidal pr ecipitation state of the equipment for 20 min.8 099 of E.coli Were added in these three kinds of water and stayed there for 3 h.During the treatment, the water samples were taken in 0, 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 h and incubated at 37℃ and 44.5℃ to determine the densities of E.coli.
      Results   (1) The sterile ratio of the simulated water sample was 100% in 30 s by the equipment.(2)The sterile ratio of the water sample readded bacteria was 100% in 60 min.
      Conclusion   The equipmenthas rapid and effective sterile effect and some continual sterile effect.
