臭氧液治疗阴道炎疗效的影响因素分析

摘要:
目的分析影响臭氧液治疗阴道炎疗效的因素, 探讨臭氧液治疗阴道炎的实用价值。
方法通过妇科普查和门诊就诊, 收集确诊为阴道炎的患者1 263例。采用流行病学问卷调查方法, 收集每一位患者的人口学特征及相关卫生行为信息。将病例随机分为2组, 1组采用臭氧液治疗, 另1组采用常规药物治疗。通过体征、症状的改善情况及实验室检查结果来判定治疗效果。采用χ²检验、F检验和Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。
结果臭氧液治疗组患者病原菌阴转率与患者所感染的病原菌类型无关, 丈夫文化程度较高、购买了医疗保险、接受过卫生保健知识教育、夫妻卫生行为习惯较好、怀孕及生育次数较少的患者, 治疗后病原菌阴转率较高。
结论臭氧液冲洗阴道治疗阴道炎有其高效广谱的优势, 但其疗效受患者卫生行为习惯影响较大, 应在治疗的同时做好健康教育工作, 提高患者的卫生保健知识水平, 改变其不良卫生行为习惯。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of vaginitis curative effect with ozone liquid.And to discuss the applicability of ozone liquid in vaginitis therapy.
Methods 1 263 clinical cases were investigated through questionnaire survey.And the objects were classified into two groups.One was cured with ozone liquid.The other with drugs.Chi-square test, F-test and Logistic analysis were used to analyze the data.
Results There were norelationships between the curability and the types of pathogens.The influencing factors of curative effect included: the educational degrees of patients.husbands, payment fashions of therapy, health education conditions, sanitation and gestation condition, etc.
Conclusion To cure vaginitis with ozone liquid is a feasible therapeusis.
