Data envelopment analysis for evaluation on effect of comprehensive prevention and control on hypertension

  • 摘要: 目的以社区健康服务中心为基本研究单元,应用数据包络分析法(DEA)开展社区高血压综合防治效果评价。方法采取单纯随机抽样方法,抽取39个社区健康服务中心,运用数据包络法评价社区健康服务中心综合防治效果。结果社区健康服务中心社区高血压综合防治DEA有效率66.7%,DEA无效社区健康服务中心的问题主要为患者服药依从性和生命质量得分较低,其不足率分别为22.68%和8.21%。知晓率较高,不足率为0.71%,接近理想产出。结论DEA对高血压综合防治进行效果评价,其结果可靠、科学。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveBased the community health service,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)to evaluate the effect of current model of comprehensive prevention and control community-based for hyper tension in Shenzhen city.MethodThirty nine community health service centers of 6 districts in Shenzhen city were sampled using random cluster sampling,and the effect of prevention were evaluate by DEA.ResultsThe result of DEA showed that there were 26 centers(66.7%) reached the best Input-Output ratio within those;and the main problems of 13 inefficiency centers were lower level of compliance rate,control rate of blood-pressure,satisfactory extent and scores of life quality.The insufficient rate were 22.68% and 8.21%,respectively.Whereas the aware rate of hypertension was close to ideal output,the insufficient rate was 0.71%.ConclusionThe result from using DEA to evaluate the effect of comprehensive prevention and control community-based for hyper tension is reliable and scientific.
