温度和pH的交互作用对黄绿青霉菌产毒影响

Interaction of temperature and pH on toxin production of penicillium citreoviridin

  • 摘要: 目的在实验室条件下观察温度、pH对黄绿青霉菌(PCV)产毒的影响及其交互作用。方法采用析因实验设计,用察氏培养基培养黄绿青霉菌,二氯甲烷提取黄绿青霉素(CIT),高效液相色谱法检测CIT毒素含量。结果黄绿青霉菌在高温、低温、酸性及碱性条件下均可产毒,产毒量60.30~336.10μg/g培养基;高温、碱性条件下产毒量较高,是低温条件的2倍以上。结论温度和pH对黄绿青霉菌产毒量有较大影响,且有交互作用。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveObserve the effect of temperature,p H and their interaction on Penicillium citreoviridin's(P.C.V.)toxin production in laboratory.MethodP.C.V.was cultured in Charles culture medium in different conditions according to the factorial experiment for two factors.CIT was extracted by dichloromethane and quantitated by HPLC method.ResultsP.C.V.produced CIT in all Charles culture medium.Quantities of CIT produced by P.C.V.were 60.30~336.10μg/g medium.P.C.V.produced more CIT in warm condition in acid Charles culture medium.ConclusionQuantities of CIT produced by P.C.V.were affected by temperature,p H and their interaction.
